To make Gram Dal Tofu
- 12 kyatthar or 200g Gram Flour
- 700 ml Cold Water
- a pinch of salt
- Now you can start make the Gram Dal Tofu. You pour the Gram flour and the cold water in to a pot and mix thoroughly.

2. After you mix thoroughly it, you may boil and stir it for 10 minutes.
When it become thick you must pour it in to a plate to make it cold for 15 minutes then you will get the delicious Gram Dal Tofu.
